The T3000-10KVA is a three-phase online double-conversion UPS designed for applications where stable and continuous power is important. It provides 10kVA rated capacity with 380VAC three-phase input and output and is suitable for critical industrial, commercial and IT loads.
The system uses online double-conversion technology. Incoming AC power is converted through the rectifier to DC, while the inverter converts the DC power back to stable AC power for the connected load. The battery is charged through the DC bus during normal operation. When the utility supply fails, the battery supplies the inverter without interrupting the inverter output.
The T3000 series is designed for applications including communication centers, precision equipment, CAD/CAM systems, hospitals, CNC equipment, SMT equipment, IT systems and large motor loads. The three-phase independent modulation and full-bridge inverter design allow the UPS to continue supplying power under fully unbalanced three-phase load conditions.
The output waveform is a sine wave. Under linear loads, output THD is specified at less than 2%, while under non-linear loads it is less than 4%. Output voltage regulation is specified at ±1% under steady-state conditions.
The UPS continuously supplies the load through the inverter in normal online operation. This design helps isolate connected equipment from utility power disturbances and provides a stable output for sensitive electrical and electronic equipment.
The dual static switch system provides rapid transfer between inverter and bypass. When synchronized with the bypass supply, the specified transfer time is 0ms; under asynchronous conditions, the transfer time is less than 4ms.
An output isolation transformer is included in the T3000 design. According to the product specification, the transformer helps reduce load harmonic current and interference from the mains supply, providing additional isolation for connected equipment.
This configuration makes the UPS suitable for applications where electrical isolation and stable power delivery are important.
The T3000-10KVA uses a 360V battery system with 32 battery units. The charging current can be adjusted from 1A to 50A according to battery capacity. The system supports battery maintenance functions, automatic battery alarms and scheduled charge/discharge management.
The actual backup time depends on the connected load and battery capacity. Battery configuration should therefore be selected according to the required runtime rather than using the same battery capacity for every installation.
The T3000 series supports standalone operation as well as 1+1 and N+1 parallel redundant configurations. Parallel operation can be used when a project requires additional capacity or redundancy.
This provides flexibility for installations where future expansion or higher system availability needs to be considered.
